- ADMISSION FOR MARATHI MEDIUM (SEMI-ENGLISH) ANGANWADI (NURSERY) & BALWADI (K.G.) FOR THE YEAR 2024-2025 IS OPEN. PLEASE APPLY ONLINE ON OUR SCHOOL WEBSITE www.ornellashighschoolpune.com
Documents to be submitted along with the print out of the online admission form are as follows :
a) An attested xerox copy of the Birth Certificate from the appropriate authority (PMC /Cantonment Board / Gram Panchyat. (Laminated Certificate will not be accepted)
b) Address proof : Attested Xerox copy of Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill / Ration Card / Childs Aadhar Card / Both Parent’s Aadhar Card.
c) Roman Catholics/Christians– have to compulsorily provide valid Baptism Certificate, Letter from Parish Priest/Pastor along with Birth Certificate Xerox copy.
d) An attested xerox copy of Father’s Caste Certificate, wherever applicable.
e) You are expected to upload a coloured postcard size photograph of the child along with the parents on the form.
f) If any parent has been an Ex-Student of Ornellas High School, Pune . please mention wherever asked and provide the school L.C Xerox.
g) If sibling, Brother in Ornellas High School and Sister in St. Clare’s Girls High School, presently studying. (their Report Card Xerox of 2022-23 should be submitted)
h) Duly filled in forms will be accepted in the school office from Monday 5th February 2024 to Thursday 29th February 2024 between 09.00 a.m. to 11.00.a.m. Parents need to pay a sum of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) towards cost of the form while submitting. (Please keep one copy of the form with you for reference)
i) Eligible students list will be put on the notice board on 20th February 2024.
j) The first and final list of selected students will be declared on Saturday 24th February 2024 on the School Web site and Notice Board.
k) Selected student’s parent’s will collect the fee slip from the school office from Monday 26th February 2024 to Thursday 7th March 2024 and after paying the fees in the bank the school slip has to be submitted in the office. Admission will be confirmed only after the school slip is submitted in the office as per the dates mentioned above.
l) Instruction sheet regarding School Uniform, books, re-opening and other things to be collected after confirmation of admission from school office.
If any information filled in the form is found incorrect or fake, the admission of your child will stand cancelled.
PLEASE NOTE : NO OFFLINE ADMISSION FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE SCHOOL OFFICE.
